At Lullabe, we want you to love your sleep. We stand behind our products with a 100-Night Risk-Free Trial on our mattresses and sleep systems.
Trial Period & Eligibility:

You have 100 nights from the delivery date to try your Lullabe mattress and initiate a return for a full refund.

We require a 30-night break-in period to allow your body to adjust to the new sleep surface.

To be eligible, the mattress must be in good condition, free from stains, damage, or alterations.

Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:

Sleep Accessories: Pillows, sheets, mattress protectors, and bed frames (unless defective) are final sale due to hygiene reasons.

Products purchased through third-party retailers.

Gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return:

Contact Us: Email us at contact@lullabe.sbs within the 100-night window.

Arrange Pickup: We will email you instructions and arrange for a free, convenient pickup of your mattress directly from your home.

Donation & Refund: Once the mattress is picked up, it will be donated to a local charity. Upon confirmation of pickup, your refund will be processed.
Refunds:

Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days after we confirm the pickup.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange for a different firmness level, please contact us at contact@lullabe.sbs to discuss options.
Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at contact@lullabe.sbs. We will resolve the issue promptly, often by shipping a replacement at no cost to you.
